Prices do NOT include VAT which is added at the Checkout stage. Non-EC customers do not pay VAT.

Most of our products are postage/shipping free but we charge a small postage fee of between £1.00 and £8.00 for three of our heavier products.

Payment Information

We except all major credit and debit cards, except Electron, American Express and Club Cards.  Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.

• An order can be made directly through this website using your debit or credit card by following the instructions in the shop with safe and secure payment through PayPal.
• You can also make an email-only order through the website and we contact you to arrange payment.
• Alternatively, you can contact us by phone, fax or email and we will arrange payment with you direct.
• You can also complete and print out this order form and post it together with a cheque or postal order for the full amount to - Equine America (UK) Ltd, 7 Lawson Hunt Business Park, Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex, RH12 3JR.

We will confirm your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide via an automated service.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Equine America (UK) Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Returns Policy

If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call 01403 255809 and give details of the product, date of order and reason for return. Details on returning the goods will be given and a full refund or exchange will then be arranged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notification of your wish to cancel your order must be submitted in writing to shop@cortaflex.co.uk, or by post to - Equine America (UK) Ltd, 7 Lawson Hunt Business Park, Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex, RH12 3JR and a refund or exchange will be arranged. There will be no refunds given on open packages.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Equine America does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Your order will be kept strictly confidential and if you have any concerns or special needs regarding privacy please let us know. The email address that you supply will not be used for spam or junk mail.
